The Living Landscape.
The landscape is present from the first drawing. It is never added at the end. Paths, shade, planting and open ground are set out with the buildings, so that a place works as one experience from the
gate to the door.

one measure.
Every Belcon project is measured against four relationships. A drawing that strengthens none of them is not built.
Architecture and Nature
Buildings and landscape planned together. Contour, horizon, threshold and shade decide the plan before the facade is drawn.

Arrival, movement and pause. A place is read on foot before it is read on paper, and it is designed in that order.
